NAIADES the residence ioannina castle

This is as an impeccable hotel. You are in the heart of the old city within a stone’s throw to Ali Pasha’s castle and all museums. The rooms are immaculate and very cost. The bed was so comfortable! They also provided robes, slippers, and full sized bottles of shampoo and bath soap - none of those tiny hotel soaps or bottles. Breakfast was authentic and very filling. You have a choice of items such as omelet, Yianniotika eggs, French toast, etc. fresh squeezed orange juice, an assortment of cheeses, home made jams, yogurts (thick and thin), even homemade peanut butter and tahini. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the various pites from spinach pie, chicken pie, and milk pie. Cool bottled water is always available. Breakfast is offered at reasonable hours between 8 to 10:30. They also provide you with rose flavored loukoumi in your room as a welcome sweet. The hostess is very kind and will help you with all your needs such as arranging for a taxi pickup and suggesting local excursions. Book and you won’t be disappointed.

We liked everything. the area, the rooms, the breakfast place, the attention with which we were treated. Espresso macine in the room , water in the fridge. Also, in the lounge-kitchen area, there were various products available to guests: water, coffee capsules, cookies, tsipuro and another kind of homemade liqueur, etc. We liked it very much, we will come back with pleasure

Such a beautiful hotel! The rooms were really well appointed with great attention to detail - slippers, robes, welcome notes/Turkish delight was a a nice touch! Communication with the staff was great and they were very friendly and approachable - we had an issue with the blind covering the skylight in one of the rooms and it was resolved quickly. The breakfast was great and included cooked options to order as well which was a great plus! Even the breakfast room was beautiful! Location in the old town was great with some nice restaurants nearby. Lake less than 5min away and lots to see/do within 10-15min walk.

This place is just amazing, 10/10 in all categories. The staff are so nice and helpful, the place is very clean and serves a great breakfast. It has everything you need and the rooms are still spacious enough and comfortable.

Perfect location - 5 minutes walk from everything, while located in a secluded and quiet area. Breakfast in the lovely backyard was awesome!
